Inclusion criterion

Two or more concurrent advanced therapies, at least one being a biologic.

Targeted oral therapies (JAK, TYK2, PDE4) count toward the total.

    No names, dates, or record numbers are requested at any stage

    Completeness, clinical plausibility, and consistency

  • Contributions worldwide

    Healthcare professionals from any care setting are invited

Submit a Case

Complete the form to submit a de-identified patient case. All submissions undergo structured quality review before inclusion in the dataset.

All submitted data must be fully de-identified. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.

What to Submit

  • De-identified patient demographics (age band, biological sex)
  • At least two concurrent advanced therapies, at least one of which is a biologic. Targeted oral therapies such as JAK, TYK2 and PDE4 inhibitors count toward the total
  • Primary and comorbid diagnoses (ICD-10 codes preferred; specialty-specific and custom terms accepted)
  • Duration of concurrent therapy
  • Validated disease activity measures where available, as absolute scores at baseline and follow-up
  • Clinical outcomes and adverse events observed
