Inclusion criterion
Two or more concurrent advanced therapies, at least one being a biologic.
Targeted oral therapies (JAK, TYK2, PDE4) count toward the total.
De-identified only
No names, dates, or record numbers are requested at any stage

Submit a Case
Complete the form to submit a de-identified patient case. All submissions undergo structured quality review before inclusion in the dataset.
All submitted data must be fully de-identified. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.
What to Submit
- De-identified patient demographics (age band, biological sex)
- At least two concurrent advanced therapies, at least one of which is a biologic. Targeted oral therapies such as JAK, TYK2 and PDE4 inhibitors count toward the total
- Primary and comorbid diagnoses (ICD-10 codes preferred; specialty-specific and custom terms accepted)
- Duration of concurrent therapy
- Validated disease activity measures where available, as absolute scores at baseline and follow-up
- Clinical outcomes and adverse events observed
